The number of women making a claim to the payment now stands at 28, and even more may come forward before the Sept. 4 deadline. “I have spoken with other women who said they would come forward,” Jesse Morrow, a legal assistant for the plaintiff’s lawyers, Pyle Rome Ehrenberg of Boston, said.
